Cette journée est destinée à valider les connaissances acquises au cours du cycle certifiant "Acheteur" et la capacité à mettre en œuvre les étapes clefs de la démarche achat.

Objectifs pédagogiques

Analyser et formaliser les besoins achats de son organisation
Mettre en œuvre un panel fournisseur
Organiser une consultation
Maîtriser les étapes et techniques de négociation
Connaitre les spécificités et les risques des achats de prestations

Certification

Dans le cadre de cette journée, les participants auront à passer des épreuves écrites et orales. Un entretien individuel est prévu en fin de session avec l'examinateur.

QCM : Validation des connaissances essentielles.
Deux études de cas.

Examen
Questionnaire écrit (questions ouvertes et fermées). Travail de fond sur documents. Travail rédactionnel : recommandations et plan d'action.

Epreuve orale

Présenter et défendre son plan d'action.

Mise en situation

Mise en situation de négociation.

Time schedule

Generally, courses take place from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 17:30.

However, on the first day attendees are welcomed from 8:45, and there is a presentation of the session between 9:15 and 9:30.

The course itself begins at 9:30. For the 4- or 5-day hands-on courses, the sessions finish at 15:30 on the last day
