Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Understand the operations and interactions of an Agile team within the context of an Agile Release Train (ART)
Plan and execute iterations and Program Increments (PI)
Apply SAFe® principles to evolve Lean-Agile deliveries
Continuously improve the ART

Intended audience
Team leads and anyone involved in implementing enterprise-wide agility.

Prerequisites
Solid understanding of Agile methodology. Experience within an Agile team.

Certification
The exam is administered online, in French or English, within a month following the training. It consists of a 90-minute multiple-choice questionnaire with 45 questions. A minimum score of 80% is required to pass the exam.
