This training helps participants understand how to coach Agile teams to deliver business value at scale. It also covers the skills required to be an effective Scrum Master in a SAFe® organization and provides guidance on working in remote environments. Additionally, it prepares participants for the "SAFe® Scrum Master" certification.

At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Empower and lead an Agile team.
Facilitate Agile events such as iteration planning, team synchronization, etc.
Support the execution of a Program Increment (PI).
Coach teams to continuously improve.
Prepare for the "SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM)" exam.
Intended audience
Scrum Masters, prospective Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, and anyone involved in large-scale Agile implementation.
Prerequisites
A solid understanding of Agile concepts (Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean). Significant experience working in an Agile team.
Certification
The exam is administered online in French or English within a month following the training. It consists of a 90-minute multiple-choice questionnaire with 45 questions. A minimum score of 73% is required to pass the exam.
